Chris' Old Radios

A big bakelite set and one of my favorites. Bands include the broadcast band, the old police bands, amateur and night aircraft up to 3.5mhz. Features of this radio include two position tone control and separate from the on/off swith volume control. The power switch is part of the tone control so the volume doesn't have to be adjusted once it warms up. Not the best sounding radio Philco built but this is one of the most sensitive sets I own, great reception on both bands and that big side lit dial looks really nice at night.
